What if I want to change my scheduled date or cleaning areas of focus?
We understand that schedules can change and are happy to accommodate adjustments when possible. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, depending on availability. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we strive to remain flexible and will do our best to find a suitable alternative. Cleaning areas of focus can always be updated- we simply ask for a 24-hour notice to ensure adequate time is allotted for your service.
Do you bring your own Cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade supplies and tools. If you prefer specific products, just let us know.
